We even go the extra mile and will colour correct or remove blemishes free of charge before printing your canvas - most bigger companies will not do this and just add your file to an automated queue.
We are an owner-run business and as such are driven by strong values with an emphasis on providing quality, innovation and customer service at a very fair price. Generally you will find a higher grade of longer-lasting materials in our canvas prints than elsewhere online or the high street. The fact we are not on the high street highly contributes to keeping our prices very low, as well as 100% in house production of our canvases and frames which is less common than you may think. In the face of increasing competition we persevere in using high grade materials and adding the finishing touches as we believe in doing the right thing and building repeat custom rather than making the most money possible from each sale. That's why sales have easily doubled since the end of 2007 and repeat or referral sales now make up the majority of our business.
We constantly strive to give the customer more even if they may not realise this at the time of purchase, perhaps only in several months time when their canvas print is still as new when others will have faded or started to discolour, or become ingrained with dust. Our canvas prints also use proper canvas stretchers with tensioning pegs so should a canvas sag over time it can be re-tensioned. Many from other canvas sellers are stretched on cheaper-to-produce fixed frames which can only be restretched by a skilled person or picture framer. Customers also appreciate the high level of individual service we offer them with virtually no errors or returns occurring.
